Base Camp is your starting point. This 12-week program is designed for those who feel out of shape, have let their fitness slip, or have been spinning their wheels without seeing real progress. Base Camp builds the foundation for your future performances.

An initial assessment to see where your starting point is - health, fitness, strength & movement analysis

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • I use TrueCoach as the delivery method for all things training. This software gives you detailed descriptions of how to do exercises, videos and an area to upload your personal videos to receive feedback.

    You’ll also be given access to The Performance Hub which is hosted through Notion. This area gives you all the information on training, nutrition and lifestyle to help you get the most from your training program.

  • This depends on you and your ultimate goal distance, but ideally, you’ll want to dedicate 4 days a week to get the most out of it... but you have the option to add more sessions if you wish.

  • Yes. The best results will require having access to a range of equipment. This program is not for someone wanting to train from home with just a couple of dumbbells and some Therabands.

  • You’ll be given targets to hit based on your personal details and activity levels, I’ll support you with any questions you have and guide you to building a sustainable diet that complements your lifestyle. But it is not meal plans or me going through in detail your food logs. If you want more personalised support, look into my all-inclusive private coaching program.

  • $840 for 12 weeks ($70per/week)

    For less than the price of a 1hr PT session, you’ll get unlimited support, a guided and adaptive training plan, PLUS access to a heap of information so you get the most from your workouts. At the end of your initial 12 weeks you can sign up for another 12 weeks or move to monthly payments of $290.

  • By signing up for the 12 weeks you are making a commitment to health and fitness for the full period.
