After a decade of in-person coaching, I moved my business online to help more people train on their terms without compromising careers, family life, or freedom.
Because I get it, I’m in my mid-40s, juggling a business, raising kids, and still chasing performance. I’ve trained in gyms for over 25 years, got in the boxing ring, played high-level tennis, climbed to Everest Base Camp, completed triathlons, done HYROX for fun, and raced everything from 5Ks to half marathons.
So when I say I understand the juggle of training hard while managing real life, I mean it.
To me, training isn’t just about fitness. It’s about proving to yourself that you can do hard things and then carrying that mindset into every other part of your life.
