Each week:
1-2 x runs (outdoor or treadmill, 30mins+ depending on ability and end goal)
2-3 x strength training workouts (machines, free weights and body weight)
1 x metcon style session
Training-specific warm-ups to prevent injury and improve movement efficiency
Suggested mobility workouts to improve flexibility and range of motion
Level: Beginner - Intermediate
Equipment needed: Gym equipment with a variety of machines, weights and cardio equipment (assault bikes, rower, skierg, etc.) resistance bands, running watch or heart rate monitor (optional but will help you get the best result)
